Un capítulo en que Dexter se comporta como una auténtico héroe… viéndolo uno puede pensar que el Dexter literário y el de la série se han separado definitivamente… ¿o tal vez no?
El episodio se centra en la busca y captura de Trinity por parte de Dex, pero ésta caza personal se vuelve más estresante cuando Trinity secuestra a un niño.
En un primer momento nuestro protagonista se ve sorprendido ante éste nuevo paso de su presa, quien jamás había atacado a niños… que él sepa.
Es entonces cuando comienza una investigación contrarreloj para salvar al chico. En ella Dexter descubre que en realidad no eran ciclos de tres victimas, sino cuatro.
Hemos visto a nuestro chico de la sangre estresado muchas veces en la serie, pero núnca tanto por salvar la vida de un chico. Y es que hay que recordar una cosa… a Dex le gustan los niós y no soporta que se les haga daño, éste detalle es exactamente igual para la versión literária.
Sin embargo, ésta preocupación por salvar a la posible víctima, le lleva a pedirle ayuda a Jonah, el hijo de Trinity. Ésto, bajo mi punto de vista es saltarse una norma del código, lo cual nos enseña que para nuestro chico de la sangre, lo más importante es la vida de ese niño.
Por otro lado tenemos a Deb, quien con la ayuda de Batista ha desenmascarado a Christine, demostrando que sabía cosas que solo el asesino de Lundy podría saber.
Y por último tenemos a Trinity, quien está demostrando definitivamente ser un enemigo distinto a los anteriores que había tenido Dex. Una persona con un importante trastorno de la personalidad en una línea más psicótica que la del própio Bryan Moser.
Buen capítulo en el que lo importante de cara al futuro será ver la respuesta de Trinity al acoso al que está siendo sometido por Dexter.
